My Unexpected Moment

Naibigay na pala yung result ng Midterm Exam namin sa English 8 (Afro-Asian Literature). And I found out in my test paper, nagbunga din ang paghihirap at kagutuman ko (Naks!!!). Ma'am Amor asked a question in our essay. It said here:

"Explain : The Master said, Without Goodness, a man

Cannot for long endure adversity

Cannot for long enjoy prosperity

And she told that whoever got the perfect score of 10 points, he/she will read his/her essay. Yung classmate ko nga, kinareer yung essay. Puro 10 points s bawat isang explanation. Yung iba kong score, 8, 6,5. Yang essay letter A, I got 10 points. Dun na siya nagtaka. Sabi pa niya, "Ang baba ng exam nyo pero mataas ang essay nyo." When she called some people who got the perfect score, nagtaas na ako ng kamay. Kasi kita naman sa exam ko, may 10. Nagulat ako. Kaya nung tinawag ako, bumibilis ang heartbeat ko at halos manginig na sa nerbyos. And here's my answer in that explanation:

"The Master said, without goodness, a man cannot for long endure adversity. Because a man who doesn't do good things is a man who can't handle the adversity of life. Without goodness a man cannot for long enjoy prosperity, When a person doesn't want to enjoy the prosperous life, he will become miserable. Furthermore, a man without goodness cannot live his life for good. Because people are not contented of what they have. That's why they commited sins again and again. One thing that a man makes good things is wisdom. Because it can release them from stubborness and achieve prosperity and diversity in life."
